Terms and Conditions
- You may purchase up to 10 tickets ONLY per customer. Quest Newspapers reserve the right to change the ticket purchase limit at any time.
- If you selected credit card, your card will be charged by the ticketing site at time of purchase.
- If you selected cheque, you will receive an invoice, this must be paid within the time period stipulated on the invoice or your tickets are subject to cancellation.
- YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR TICKET TO ENTER THE EVENT.
- Ticket holders can NOT bring along extra guests if they do not have an allocated ticket. Quest Newspapers keep detailed lists of each businesses purchase, if your business (or staff) is found bringing extra guests they will be refused entry or evicted from the venue.
- Tickets may NOT be offered for resale to other businesses. Quest Newspapers reserve the right to void any tickets without knowledge that are sold by the original purchaser, the holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue.
- Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled in which case a refund will be made provided the ticket holder shows proof of authorised purchase and applies for the refund within 30 days of cancellation of the event.
- As these events engage entertainment and catering – please be advised this environment is not suitable for persons under 18 or infants.
- NO alcohol, drugs or weapons are allowed on site. Bags will be searched upon entry.
- All venues have a very strict 18+ alcohol purchase policy. You will require valid ID to purchase alcohol. Valid ID is current drivers licence, passport, proof of age card.
- Each venue practices Responsible Service of Alcohol, should you be deemed intoxicated by the venue you will be refused service. Quest Newspapers reserves the right to evict intoxicated persons from the venue.
- You may be photographed at the event, and images may be used at the discretion of Quest Newspapers
- Quest Newspapers and its officers/ representatives accept no responsibility for injuries, losses or damage sustained in or around the venue. You enter the event at your own risk. Right to refuse entry is reserved by Quest Newspapers.
- Quest Newspapers may require you to leave the venue if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions set out above, or where you behave in such a way which may endanger others or impair their enjoyment. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
- Conditions stated above constitute a contract between Quest Newspapers and the ticket holder. You indemnify and hold harmless Quest Newspapers against any claim, loss, damage or expense including legal costs incurred, suffered or threatened as a result of any breach of these conditions.
